Literally, I was in shock, in amazement, in awe of how can someone come up with that invention. They mastered the craft of making the soup dumplings.
Soup dumplings with cheese($110NTD)
On the bottom is a layer of crisp, it's semi-flaky, the crispiness adds a whole new layer of taste. I am literally in love with this creation. It's stacked in two layers, with four soup dumplings each stack. They are melted with cheddar cheese and topped with dried banana slices, which itself is unique on its own. The dried banana slices bring another sweetness element to the already marvellous creation. The overall taste is amazing! I love this because I am also a cheese fanatic, so anything with cheese, I will give it a pass.

Mapo Doufu is a popular Chinese dish from Sichuan province. It consists of tofu set in a spicy sauce, typically a thin, oily, and bright red suspension, based on douban and douchi, along with minced meat, traditionally beef.
