hitting an easy 130kg power clean PB Alex did just 1 session with me working on technique a few weeks ago in which his best power clean was just 100kg Weightlifting cannot be simply progressively overloaded like squats deadlifts however with the right technique it's easy to execute these lifts and move decent weight 2 more spaces are available to my workshop this weekend.
