On veut souvent avoir un dos large car ça joue énormément sur la définition de sa ligne, pour être en V (et pas en H ma chéwi) 🔸 Un des exercices qui m’à beaucoup aider pour avoir des résultats sur ce groupe musculaire qui était un de mes points faibles n’est autre que : les tractions 🤷🏼‍♂️ 🔸 Alors je sais vous allez me dire que tout le monde n’est pas capable d’en faire alors voici 3 façons que j’ai employé pour progresser dessus ! 🔸 - Sauter et garder la tête au dessus de la barre pendant 3-4 secondes (8-10 fois / 3 séries) - J’enchaînais avec : sauter et redescendre en 5 secondes (8-10 fois /3 séries) - En suite quand j’étais capable de faire 5-6 tractions, j’ai commencé à me lester (rajouter du poids avec haltères ou disque) (Max reps puis Max reps au poids de corps 3 séries 💪🏻 🔸 Réussir à progresser en tractions m’a réconcilié avec mon dos et les sensations que j’avais pendant ces trainings! If tricep dips and push ups are not part of your current weight training routine then put them in NOW! Firstly both of these exercises are great for hypertrophy and the fact they are body weight exercises keeps you accountable for your weight as you will be unable to do as many reps if you gain weight too quickly, so that is an indicator that you are eating to much food and should reduce your calories. Tricep dips in my experience have been an exercise which allows you to gain a lot of strength very quickly, so you should aim to add 2.5kg in weight added each time once you are able to do 8 body weight dips. Push ups have a number of variations that you can use and make progressively harder starting with a regular press up or bench press up, then eventually reaching the mastery of a one arm push up I would usually choose tricep dips as the 3rd compound movement of my push sessions after a bench press and shoulder press. Back Transformation: First picture is from August 2019 and second pic is my recent photo, November 2019. • Let’s start with the first photo: that’s the time when I actually started to work on my back but I wasn’t really going heavy at all, and just doing the basic exercises. Before that I’ve never worked out my back, I only focused on my legs but I wasn’t really the best. (Photo is flipped cause I took it on my Snapchat camera lol) • Second photo is when after I started to go heavy and also tried different exercises + targeting different parts of my back. My lats are so much bigger and I have the V shape that I wanted. I used to never workout my back because I didn’t know how to target each parts and I didn’t want to do it. It’s only been a few months ever since I started working out but truth to be told, I’ve been going really heavy on my body since July. That’s when I started seeing results and progress. Before then, it was just a slow progress and less motivation. Now all I want is to lift weight and progress more. But the most important thing is patience. We can’t see progress right away, and everyone has different body types. Simple but effective Upper Body Pull workout 💪🏼🔥!!! Swipe left ⬅️, save and give it a try! 1. Rope Pull-Ups 3x10 2. The Pendlay Row 3x8 3. Side Plank Row 3x10 4. Incline Lever Row 3x10 5. Alternating Hammer Curls 4x8 I try not to incorporate too many exercises into one session. For this Upper Pull sesh I only had 4 back focused exercises and 1 accessory. There's no need to try and fit all of it into one day. Instead, try adding an extra set to each exercise or focus more on time under tension. Above, I only did 3 sets for most of them, but usually I would add another and do 4. Rope pull-ups do look extra, but it’s a fun way to challenge your grip strength and add a different variation to your pull-up game! Enjoy!
