Weighted Dips - One of my all time favourite tricep exercises for adding overall thickness to the tricep. I’m using 20Kg here. * I like to load these in the 6-10 rep range. * Ensure upper arm becomes parallel with the floor - Full ROM * Squeeze the triceps at the top of the movement. RECEITA DE MUFFIN COM BANANA, AVEIA E CACAU . . 1 banana media 1/4 xic de óleo de coco 1/2 xic de açúcar de coco 1 xic de farinha de aveia (ou outra) 1/4 xic cacau em pó pitada de sal 1 colher de chá de fermento gotas de chocolate 70% flocos de aveia . . . Modo de preparo: Amasse a banana, junte com o óleo de coco e o açucar de coco em um liquidificador. Passe tudo para uma tigela, adicione a farinha, o cacau e o sal. Bata bem (se necessario, você pode ir adicionando água aos poucos até dar o ponto de massa de bolo). Por ultimo, adicione o fermento. Coloque a massas em formas para cupcakes, polvilhe com as gotas de chocolate e os flocos de aveia. Leve ao forno pré-aquecido 180 graus por 35 minutos.
Hack Squat: Taco Edition 🌮 Spoiler Alert: I am the taco 👀. RPE: all of it Still a little sore from last leg day, but had a great workout and matched top set load minus 1 rep. This was the back off set. Gotta work the balls, you win this round hack squat. Seriously, wanna grow some quads?? Find a weight that's challenging AF for 5-6 reps, and do 8-10.
