I got completely f**ked over by trying diet after diet when I started. (Swipe left to see more) 👉👉👉👉👉 Back in 2005, the ability to become educated in health just wasn’t there, and it was all opinion based! It’s still like this now, but much more confusing due to the conflicting information. Anyway, I ended up so confused by it all and ended up with disordered eating to the point I was eating next to nothing cause I was scared of food making me fat... then the binging. At first, it was just the odd one; then it was followed by uncontrollable binging, usually at the weekend. The main reason for this in my case, was due to starving myself all week because the silly fad diets had made me think most foods were bad and would make me fat. So when my will power broke from whatever silly diet I was on at the time, I would binge. Feel guilty and depressed, then start dieting again, maybe on a different fad. . The thing is, and the message of this post. . All diets are simply trying to do the same thing. . Create a calorie deficit. . There is no need to avoid foods. . No need to avoid sugar . No need to follow any magic plan because they aren’t magic, they just cause a calorie deficit... simples . So what ever method you choose make sure it considers calories in vs calories out.

⚠️3 RAZONES POR LAS CUALES NO TIENES MÚSCULOS⚠️ ➖➖➖➖ ➡️La mayoría de las veces uno solo tiene que hacer el maldito trabajo. Es así de simple. Punto. Qué comer, cómo entrenar, repeticiones, series, crossfit, funcionales, ligas, zumba, cardio, zapatillas para entrenar, qué suplementos tomar?…bla bla bla…son las mismas preguntas de siempre, por la misma gente que nunca llega a crear músculo y fuerza. . ✔1. TE PREOCUPAS DEMASIADO POR LOS PEQUEÑOS DETALLES: muchas veces a la hora de entrenar hay que ir preparado con la mentalidad y con la actitud correcta. Esa sensación de destruir cualquier cosa que se interponga en tu camino. Me imagino que has notado a alguien con una actitud pobre y pesimista, ya sea en el trabajo, en el gimnasio o simplemente con los amigos. Esa persona que siempre se queja de todo y que carga su energía negativa para todos lados. Esa persona que por lo general tiene cero éxitos en todas las áreas de su vida. Bueno, lo mismo pasa con el entrenamiento. Deja de quejarte, deja de llorar como un bebe y deja de preocuparte por todo lo que te pasa. Lo que necesitas hacer es llegar preparado mentalmente para triunfar y destruir el gimnasio. Los problemas que tengas se dejan afuera del entrenamiento. Esa es la actitud que te llevará a la grandeza. . ✔2. EXPERIMENTA MENOS Y ENTRENA MÁS: tienes que dejar de estar cambiando de ejercicios a cada rato. Dejar de estar experimentando con ejercicios funcionales todo el tiempo y dedícale más tiempo a construir una base sólida de fuerza en tu cuerpo entero. Ejercicios compuestos como las sentadillas, peso muerto, preses, dominadas, dips, etc. deben ser la parte principal de tu entrenamiento. Una vez que llegues alcanzar cierta estructura sólida de fuerza, es cuando puedes experimentar con otros métodos de entrenamiento y otros tipos de ejercicios. Recuerda que una base fuerte hace que todo lo demás sea más fácil de alcanzar. . CONTINÚA ABAJO🔻🔻
Just some things I think are important to remember/remind ourselves of daily: 1. Always keep it moving- even if you have no idea where you’re going- you’ll figure it out eventually. We are humans- we were made to adapt. 2. Be patient with everyone you meet- you have no idea what they’ve been through or are currently going through. 3. No experience is either good or bad- it’s our thinking that makes it either or. We are in control of our reactions and perspectives to each experience. 4. Forgiveness is the key to freedom- you’ll never be able to move on with your life until you forgive the people who have hurt you, even if they haven’t apologized. Don’t forget to forgive yourself as well. 5. Life is GOING TO BE HARD. Let it strengthen you, not weaken you.
