This little cutie turned 2 yesterday! It’s amazing to think of how much she has changed just in the last year. She talks and sings about everything all day long, reads books constantly, uses the potty like a pro, loves playing outside, and can count to 20. I’m excited to see how she grows in another year ❤️

I’ve never loved my mornings more. I love making time to focus on myself because the rest of the day I’m focusing on my patients and coaching. But it wasn’t always like this. . When I used to workout after work I would drive home and talk myself in and out of working out. I would come home in a bad mood because I knew I still had to workout, then I would procrastinate and by the time I got my workout done and ate dinner, it was time for bed. . When I switched to morning workouts, it was rough and I remember feeling so tired the first few weeks, but then something changed. I kept at it and it totally paid off because I knew it was important for me and would make my day so much better. I MADE TIME for myself in the morning, it wasn’t easy or convenient and I wasn’t motivated every day. . And now I can’t wait to go to bed and wakeup to crush my day because I know how good I feel after I do it. And yes, it’s still hard to get out of bed, but now it’s a habit!
