We all know by now I’m a fan of how lifting makes your body look 👀, but you want to know why I really think all women should lift? ✅ It is empowering ✅ Achieving difficult physical tasks becomes transferrable to other challenges in life ✅ It makes you age better (more bone density + muscle = less injury) ✅ It makes your body capable of more (from basic tasks to climbing mountains) ✅ It makes you REALIZE your body is capable of more (and what might have been an initial aesthetic goal becomes a bonus) ✅ It is an incredible way to let go of the weight of the world to focus on the weight you’re lifting #gybstrength

Day 2 back in it and that was a sweaty one ! Today was weigh day 🙄 surprisingly 1lb down 😂 dunno how that happened 🤣🤣 but I'll take it ! Refuel meal to prepare now 😋

I wanted to try this outfit on again and just see if it still fit me or if I could see a difference and it is the best feeling trying it and it being too big swipe right to see what I mean 😆 Can’t believe it’s almost a year that I started this journey that quite honestly changed everything and made me have a completely different mind set aswell as teach me so much about myself. I really recommend anyone starting out to take as many pictures so you can reflect and watch your progression. I always say this but I know I have a long way to go and even a year into this I’m still learning everyday but going back and doing things like this makes you realise it’s all worth it! 🙌🏽
