Dips are a brilliant push compound exercise with a small range of motion that primarily works your triceps, they also engage muscles such as shoulders, forearms, chest and lower back. These muscle groups are engaged from the moment you position yourself on a dip machine, the muscles are needed to balance and staberlize yourself on the handles. As you lower and raise your body, the muscles provide resistance to the gravitational pull on your body. I wanted to try this outfit on again and just see if it still fit me or if I could see a difference and it is the best feeling trying it and it being too big swipe right to see what I mean 😆 Can’t believe it’s almost a year that I started this journey that quite honestly changed everything and made me have a completely different mind set aswell as teach me so much about myself. I really recommend anyone starting out to take as many pictures so you can reflect and watch your progression. I always say this but I know I have a long way to go and even a year into this I’m still learning everyday but going back and doing things like this makes you realise it’s all worth it! 🙌🏽
