Rainy days in Oregon. I’ve been taking time to reorient these last few months - find passion and purpose in the everyday. Sometimes silence is the best way to do this. Excited to share what I’ve been up to, there are some incredible things in motion. Ever onward, ever forward.
Is it sad that 70 degrees in LA is beanie season 🙃
Mesmerizing ripples fade in and out of existence. I could watch this all day 😍
The names of just a few of the many that dreamed of a better life and made the long journey to NYC and pass through the doors of @statueellisfdn
. The light shining on their names is indicative of those dreams they had.
Playing catch up. Pic from my favourite spot on the west coast in October. This is a little hidden gem tucked away in the mountains by Hokitika town (about half an hour drive). It rains pretty much all day everyday due to its location and because of that, swamps of sandflies are nested by the beautiful turquoise stream. Make sure to cover up with long sleeves or spray an entire bottle of insect repellent, otherwise get eaten alive like I have while sitting by the gorge for about 10 minutes.
F I R S T R A Y 🌤 Nothing like the breaking of a new day. I shot this pano in Bryce Canyon during a cold spring morning high up in the mountains. What do you think? 🏜

Quite a good looking duck
And the seasons , they go round and round
And the painted ponies go up and down.
After multiple attempts in the last 4 years trying to capture a picture of this tree and failing miserably every time. I have basically given up hope on taking a somewhat decent photo of it. Glad to announce that I have finally succeeded to take a picture of this tree not looking bland and dull this time. The trick you ask? It’s to not expect it to look good at all and good blarrdy timing. We drove through one of the worst storms from Mt Cook to Wanaka and expecting nothing but misery and suddenly the clouds decided to move out of the way and let a short but glorious ray of sunshine appeared to let me capture this one. Lucky me! This chance will probably never come again. Better cherish it for now 🤩
