(Not: Tam buğday ununu elerseniz daha kabarık kurabiyeler elde edebilirsiniz.) ✔️ İki karışım birleştirilir. Overtime, I’ve learned and realized my body type falls into an Endomorph category. It is extremely easy for me to hold on to fat & it takes a great deal of effort on my end to shed the fat & actually keep it off. If you are anything like I described, you know cardio plays a MAJOR role in trying to lean out & stay lean (of course not forgetting weight lifting & a proper diet). I’ve mention before in my stories a problem I suffer with is serve abdominal cramps after a session of intense cardio, which leads me to having to run to the restroom. Depending on the severity of the pain I can’t continue my workouts which pisses me off lol. If any of you experience the same problem trust me I know that the pain associated with the problem can be UNBEARABLE most of the time. This problem is also known as Runners Diarrhea ( I know I know TMI but this problem is real and EXTREMELY painful). So I’ve tried some new things that has worked for me & I wanted to share for those that can relate: 1. Drinking a gallon of lemon water (helps improve your bowel movements) 2. Cutting off my last meal the night before early (my cut off can not be after 9pm if I’m working out super early in the morning) 3. Waiting a few hours after I eat ( 2 to 3 hours for a late workout) These tricks have helped & today I went out to the hills which is very intense and was actually able to get through my workout without having to take time away from my workout to deal with the “problem”. . . . . I want you to take a good look at the first picture on the left. Guess what my friend? I never posted this selfie. Why? Because I was embarrassed. You can clearly see that I fell on my goals. You can clearly see the cellulite on my belly and on my belly. . What if I also told you that I held the camera and an upright angle to not capture the fact that my shorts were squeezing me like pillsbury muffins ready to pop. Camera angles are the bomb some days. . And the selfies that follow are all from today. And my shorts...they fit. And are loose. I took my measurements today and guess what...I don't know how much I weigh as I did not step on the scale. But I lost 6.5 more inches in just 1.5 weeks since posting my progress pics in my yellow romper. . So when asked "Shannon how can I get abs?" Can I scream from the rooftops...."FROM YOUR NUTRITION!!!" Friends they dont lie when they say abs are made in the kitchen. I exercise 6 days per week. Every day is not our best day to be in the gym. I remember when I started my journey with fitness and committing was the hardest part. I would pull up to the gym some days and not even want to go in. Even now, as an avid gym lover (as you know), there are days when being in the gym is not best for me. This video is not from one of those days, this is from yesterday- a day where the gym helped me feel powerful, focused, motivated and strong. But the point of this post is to remind you that there are other places that can make you feel what is necessary to feel. This is why knowing yourself and how to balance your time is key. The day that wasn’t my best day, I left the gym earlier than expected and went to sit in one of my favorite places that overlooks the city. I spent time doing other things that helped me feel rested, focused, at peace, and thankful. Not every day is meant to be the day to be the strongest and most powerful. Some days are meant to remind us how to be meak and soft.
