Workout complete. 🔥 3 miles in 26 minutes! I crushed my first mile in just over 8 minutes. I’m working on getting that time better. Now that I’ve worked hard to build my endurance speed is becoming more of a priority. Still planning on training to run a half marathon but I’m MD they don’t do many in the summer bc it’s literally so humid here. So I’ll be signing up for one in the fall.🤠 Last slide I put my Fitbit recordings. Coaching soccer is apparently a workout in itself given my Fitbit tracks it 😅 I’m not complaining! [Bodyweight Routine Workout] by 🌱The Green Coach🌱 Haut du corps 👉 Niveau intermédiaire 💪💪 1️⃣ Pompes sur les poings x10 2️⃣ Tractions en pronation x10 3️⃣ Dips x10 4️⃣ Pompes mains inversées x10 5️⃣ Tractions en supination x10 6️⃣ Pompes en ATR (avec support) x10 7️⃣ Pike Press x10 8️⃣ Tractions australiennes x10 9️⃣ Tractions inversées x10 👉Minimum de repos entre chaque exos pour une bonne congestion 👈 😱 Répéter le circuit 3 fois, avec 2 min à 2 min 30 de repos entre chaque circuit. This really resonated with me today. Life has been throwing me a few extra challenges lately, but I’m not about to let that get me down. My past experiences have taught me that every battle in life initially makes you stronger, and that nothing worth truly having is easily earned. It is the hardships we face that prove our strength, prove our dedication, and it is those which truly make us who we are. So in every battle you face, just remember that you are growing because of it. You are growing and learning and benefiting from it, even if at the time it doesn’t feel that way. Anyone else hate leg day but want strong legs 🙋🏼♀️ idk what it is but leg day just isn’t very fun for me 😂 But don’t get me wrong it’s the absolute best feeling to waddle out of them gym exhausted after smashing the leggier 💪🏼✌🏼 It’s Tuesday which means it’s the longest day of the week for me! Class 9-330, gym, and then homework and studying are on the agenda for today but tbh I wouldn’t have it any other way! Hope everyone is having an awesome Tuesday and a great start to your week 💜
