Привет друзья‼️ Сегодня я присутствовал на позировании своей подопечной @kisik.96 которую я готовлю к соревнованиям в этом весеннем сезоне💪 Мне очень нравится весь происходящий процесс🤗 Нравится наблюдать за всем процессом, это круто🤘 🔴Итак, хотелось бы рассказать вам немного о позировании в номинации Фитнес-бикини😊 🔺Соревнования фитнес-бикини чем-то похожи на конкурс красоты: судьи оценивают не только определенные параметры, но и общее эмоциональное впечатление, которое производит участница. И нередко можно видеть, что победа достается не лучшему телу, а лучшему стилю. 🔺Именно поэтому девушки так тщательно прорабатывают каждую мельчайшую деталь, от высоты каблука до цвета кожи, чтобы создать яркий, цельный образ. И, конечно, умение позировать, уверенно и изящно двигаться на сцене играет огромную роль. 🔵Оценивая участниц, судьи обращают внимание на несколько моментов. 🔹Пропорции. Это и отношение длины туловища к длине ног, и тип фигуры (самой красивой считается «восьмерка» или «песочные часы», с ярко выраженной тонкой талией), и ширина плеч и бедер. 🔹Рельеф. В фитнес-бикини нужно соблюсти баланс между изяществом и хорошо проработанным телом. Здесь будут неуместны выделяющиеся, легко различимые мышцы, к которым стремятся бодибилдеры. В идеале участница должна производить впечатление не спортсменки, а просто стройной, хорошо сложенной, подтянутой девушки, ведущей здоровый образ жизни. 🔹Кожа. Да, судьи обращают внимание и на состояние кожи, которая должна быть упругой, гладкой и здоровой, без дряблости или акне. Поскольку масло и различные блестки на теле строго запрещены, девушки активно пользуются бронзаторами (автозагаром). Главное не переборщить! 🔹Походка и движения. Красивая осанка, умение изящно и плавно двигаться, владеть собственным телом, подавать себя – вот то, что нужно показать при позинге. 🔹Настроение и образ. Улыбка, позитивный настрой, задорный взгляд, продуманный и завершенный образ создают то неповторимое впечатление, которое производит спортсменка. 🍑Happy Hump Day🍑 . . I’ve been focusing more on quads and hamstrings lately, but it’s still hump day🤪 I have been experiencing a little physique plateau yesterday and finally found out why! I had a thyroid issue about 3 年前發佈 but never was put on medication. This week I got checked again and have hypothyroidism and now i’m on medication! I’ve been experiencing not fun symptoms lately so it’s nice to know they come from my thyroid being under active! If anyone else has this, DM me about your experience!! Here’s the workout: . . Dips are a brilliant push compound exercise with a small range of motion that primarily works your triceps, they also engage muscles such as shoulders, forearms, chest and lower back. These muscle groups are engaged from the moment you position yourself on a dip machine, the muscles are needed to balance and staberlize yourself on the handles. As you lower and raise your body, the muscles provide resistance to the gravitational pull on your body. Most often people breath in the wrong way, shallow breathing, not allowing THE COMPLETE EFFICACY OF THE PROCESS TO TAKE PLACE WHICH HAS SO MUCH TO DO WITH REGULATING YOUR INTERNAL SYSTEMS, MOST IMPORTANTLY SUPPLYING SUFFICIENT OXYGEN TO THE BRAIN & ENTIRE BODY, OTHER ORGANS FOR ITS HEALTHY FUNCTIONING! Especially while doing a workout be conscious of your breathing pattern. Ensure that you are breathing rhythmically during cardiovascular exercises & also weight training. Next time you are doing weight training instead of taking extended breaks between reps TRY JUST BREATHING IN & OUT SLOWLY & DEEPLY FOR ABOUT 5-6 TIMES & WATCH THE MAGIC IT DOES TO YOUR MIND, MUSCLES & ENERGY! Consistency over perfection! Today I actually drove to the gym after I dropped off the kids and it was a complete war zone in there. There was not one thing available. So I thought I’d put my squat rack to use damn it! I will say I do enjoy having access to a full commercial gym. Because every workout my body responds differently and I change my routine based on that, so it’s nice to be able to switch to different equipments and weights at the gym. I also NEED a full wall mirror, I don’t perform well against a wall 🤪 anyone else?
