!⠀ ⠀ The Workout:⠀ 27 x Cal Row⠀ 27 x Burpees Over Rower⠀ 21 x Cal Row⠀ 21 x Burpees Over Rower⠀ 15 x Cal Row⠀ 15 x Burpees Over Rower⠀ 9 x Cal Row⠀ 9 x Burpees Over Rower⠀ ⠀ Rowing: Start by holding the handle with a full grip then push your heels into the foot pads to extend your legs. Once your legs are straight pull with your back and arms squeezing your shoulder blades together at the end of the stroke. Extend your arms back out and bend at the knees to return to the start position and repeat until the desired calories are achieved.⠀ ⠀ Burpees Over Rower: Make sure the seat on the rower is pushed right to the front. Jump down to the bottom of a burpee with your chest and thighs on the floor.
