Never thought I’d be the one to say this sentence! 👇🏻 . . I MISS MY WORKOUTS! 😭 . . This past week I’ve been battling an illness, and my workouts have fallen off my to-do list due to the severity of my asthma. However, in this moment I am now realizing how much progress I’ve made with my mindset! . . A few 月前發佈, I would’ve viewed this sickness as a welcomed break from exercise. I looked at it as more of something I HAD to do, but now it’s turned into something I WANT and NEED to do (sometimes for the sake of my own sanity 😅🤪) . . It’s my break from all of the stresses of life, where I can focus on myself, and do good things for my mind and my body. It’s that “me” time that I have come to appreciate and look forward to. This is probably the most important breakthrough for me, because it means I am succeeding at building a routine and working fitness into my lifestyle. . . Sometimes the biggest changes aren’t visible on the scale. Sometimes the biggest changes are the ones that happen within, whether it’s a change in mindset, or change in the way you view and love yourself. This is by far my biggest victory yet, and now more than ever I am itching to get back into it, so wish me a speedy recovery cause this girl has goals!
