worked on pullups for a long time. One thing you learn is when to keep keep pulling vs when to let go of it.i dint like to miss reps, so if I feel like I barely get it, I don’t try another.
I feel the grind, I drive my elbows down to my hip bones, you can also think of it as pulling thetge bar down to your hips. Just what I do...works for me. 😉
also hang for a bit longer before I hit the last rep that when is gonna be a good grind. Helps me explode out of it.

Today...I worked 10 rds. Varied reps and weight.
I alternated sets of 3 with 8kg, and 1 rep with 12kg. Between sets of a 10-1 countdown of front squats, glute bridge and movement. Took about an hour to complete... I did do laundry, clean up between sets. Killing two birds 🦅 🦅 with one stone. The great advantage to strength training at home.
