One of my FAVORITE things to train is SHOULDERS💪🏼‼️
Here’s a little superset from one of my recent shoulder workouts. Dumbbell shoulder press 4x12-15 ss with seated alternating front raises 4x15. Now what are the benefits of a superset? READ BELOW⤵️
1️⃣supersets save time by reducing the rest time in between sets. By decreasing rest time in between sets it will also increase the intensity of your workout
2️⃣supersets also allow you to increase intensity by overloading the muscle with two lifts‼️ #hustleforthatmuscle .

I will not hide my body because some people are offended and think that I’m “underweight” what a joke, I am in the above average for Muscle for females my height and age & am still in the Average for Body Fat % I cant believe I’m even explaining myself, but I don’t want anyone to think that I’m obsessed to be “skinny”
I think it’s really rich to tell someone that they’re “too” whatever.
Unless you want to tell me “You’re so nice”
“You’re working really hard”
“You’re so motivating”
“You’re doing really well”
“You seem so happy”
Just don’t bother - here’s to all the girls sick of hearing how they should and shouldn’t look 🙃
