When I just realized this is week 8/10 for fall quarter 🤯 So many projects, exams, and life is just moving too fast. But it’s a reminder that I need to slow down sometimes as take time for myself and that important thing you call MENTAL HEALTH. So how am I doing that?
I’ve been taking more time to make recipes and get in the kitchen which seems like something I normally do but tbh I don’t have a lot of time for that. But I’ve been setting aside extra time to do what I love and I think it’s really been helping me overcome some stress and anxiety. I’ve also reminded myself it’s important to be surrounded by a support system and I call that my family. Even if it means just giving them a quick call to see how they are doing.
Just a reminder to always prioritize your mental health. There always are stressful times in your life but in order to come out a stronger and more resilient individual you need to find ways to cope with it. You WILL find a way.
