It’s been 2️⃣6️⃣8️⃣ days since I finally took serious action to get healthy & strong. I’m so happy with my progress, but even happier that I haven’t let the hard times or mistakes along the way discourage me enough to quit. (A common trend with my fitness endeavors, But not anymore!🤗) I still have more work to do, but I’m just going to keep on keepin on. Honestly, you really do have to take it ONE.DAY.AT.A.TIME. I try not to stress about the road ahead because I know I can’t get to tomorrow if I don’t get thru today. And on those damn fkn hard days, instead of letting it discourage me & quitting, I like to look back at how far I’ve come. And just think!! if I’d never started or if I gave up, I would never have that motivating factor😉 going for me! So there’s that! #getstarted @aliciagowans_wbffpro @allysangels_fitness

Currently weighing in 58kg...keep that weight coming!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ These photos are only 2 weeks apart, left is before and right is after. I can really see my waist getting thicker, my glutes are looking fuller and more perky🍑 More work to be done on the quads and hamstrings & upper body of course but I’m getting there! Can’t wait to see what’s to come over the next few weeks ☺️

Many said the goals I had set were unrealistic. That my training programme made no sense.. then I achieved all my goals and surpassed all of theirs.
