Arbonne chocolate protein (vegan protein which is amazing for smoothie bowls because it’s thick) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Frozen berries ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Fresh strawberries, blueberries and banana ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Sprinkle of chia seeds and coconut
First workout in a week and it felt great🥰. When your body is telling you to take a break, do it. Nothing is wrong with listening to your body and doing what you need to do🌱 #reset
Time, Consistency, and Patience are Key throughout every fitness journey.
When I first began my journey to be honest I didn’t know what I was doing. I was barely eating and doing too much cardio. In my mind, carbs were bad and I couldn’t eat over 1,200 calories. 🤦🏻♀️
Once I started to fall in love with lifting, everything changed. I began to constantly educate myself about proper nutrition, strength training, cardiovascular training, and so much. About 6 years ago I began counting macros which has changed my overall nutrition so much. It allows me to consume Whole Foods while still enjoying many other foods that I love. Which allowed me
To have a better relationship with food. .
I also began creating a proper training schedule for myself so I can obtain the goals I set for myself. Incorporating exercises I enjoyed while still Challenging myself to try new things. Since this I have seen the most progress but it hasn’t been easy.
It’s taken many trials, errors, And set backs due to health issues but here I am!! I’m continuously fighting for the body I want and working on my mental healthy each day. This journey is not just about a being healthy physically but also mentally as well. There’s days that’s it’s going to be hard to find motivation but if you are determined you can achieve your goals! Not everyone’s goals are the same and not all diets will work for everyone. You have to find what works for you and your lifestyle. Even if it gets difficult don’t give up! Find your fight! 💪🏽

It was a crazy one (anyone else feel that way?). But I know you all crushed it once again! Keep striving towards your goals this weekend, but don’t forget to take the time to take a step back and reflect. Busy times can make us forget to take a breather sometimes!

wow im loving my home workouts! they give me just enough burn to feel good and they are easy to do in my room. I havent been getting to the gym when i would like too but working out at home is much more convenient some days. heres the workout i did today. Upper body pull and lower body push. At the end for a pump i completed some HITT and AB work which killed me.
triset 1: 🍑KB squats x 10 🍑single arm DB bent over rows x 10 🍑hammer curls x 8
🍑DB curtsy lunges x 8 🍑KB bent over row x 12 🍑bicep curls x 10
supa set 3: 🍑split squats x 8 🍑calf raises x 12

I’m currently making my first Thanksgiving turkey. It’s 23 lbs going on 50. Not sure if it’s gonna turn out but at least I am trying. lol. Might show up to Friendsgiving with three mini turkeys (rotisserie chickens) 🧐🤫

Leg day best day!!!! Worked on my deadlift form today and then went into a full leg day! I didn’t get everything on video so if you do the workout feel free to add some things if it doesn’t feel like enough. •
