THIS‼ This Korean Beef is beyond amazing! 🙌 The ingredient that really makes this beef stand out is gochujang, a Korean chili paste that you can find in your grocery store's Asian aisle.⁣ ⁣ The meal options are endless with this beef but I first made a bowl...ofcourse...I am a bowl fanatic!⁣ ⁣ Macrocount is for the beef per serving.⁣ Serves 6⁣ Calories 2️⃣6️⃣6️⃣⁣ Carbs 1️⃣1️⃣⁣ Fat 1️⃣1️⃣⁣ Protein 2️⃣7️⃣⁣ ⁣ For the beef:⁣ 🔅1/2C low-sodium soy sauce⁣ 🔅2 tbs honey⁣ 🔅2 tbs gochujang ⁣ 🔅1tbs fresh grated ginger⁣ 🔅2 garlic cloves, grated⁣ 🔅2 tsp sesame oil⁣ 🔅1.5lbs flank steak, thinly sliced⁣ ⁣ Whisk together all the ingredients (minus the steak) and set aside.⁣ ⁣ In a large skillet, heat 1 tbs olive oil over high heat. Add the steak and seared, tossing once during cooking, until edges are carmalized, 5-8 minutes. Pour in the sauce mixture and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and cook until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat.⁣ ⁣ 🔆Bowl Assembly🔆⁣ Place cauliflower rice or any grain you would like to use in the middle of bowl. Surround with ribboned carrots, pickled red cabbage, pickled cucumber, sauted mushrooms & spinach and whatever your taste buds are craving!!⁣ ⁣ 🔆To pickle your veggies🔆⁣ Slice the cucumbers thin and toss in a bowl with 2tbs red wine vinegar, pinch of sugar, salt, and pepper. Set aside.⁣ ⁣ For the red cabbage, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over med-high heat. Add 2 cups shredded cabbage and season with salt/pepper. Cook until softened, about 4 minutes. Would you believe me if I told you I haven't actually lost any "weight". That the scale still tells me I've made no progress. I don't know about you, but I see leaps and bounds of progress here. I may not have "lost weight" but I'm losing that "all or nothing" diet mentality and gaining a healthy respect for my body and for the food I nourish myself with. Today I tried something new. Today I tried something that I wasn't really sure would be good, but I tried it anyway! That's the fun of wholesome eating, creating and experiencing so many new things! This breakfast is what I would call spaghetti squash egg nests. 🍳 This was very simple and quick to prepare and I was very surprised at how well the flavours and textures worked together. I simply created the nests out of squash, then filled with egg. Baked at 400 for 10 min, topped with Parmesan cheese. Wonderful lunch at Zur Werkstatt @zurwerkstatt_zh... Because I don't have an office job, my lunches are usually a simple affair, at home with my children. So it's a rare and exciting treat for me to eat lunch in a beautiful restaurant, with lovely food and nice conversation (with other adults!) + I was very lucky to be invited to meet the lovely people over at Zur Werkstatt and see some of the cool things that make this place unique, like their very own Käserei (cheese making) which makes not just cheese but butter and yogurt as well, as well as the many interesting cooking courses for big and small groups, and not to mention the main concept - you participate in your own lunch or dinner by assembling your starter from a toolbox on your table, then heading to the cooking station for your main, coming back for seconds if you like! Dessert is included as well. + From the homemade cheeses and butter, the lovely syrup served with table carafes of water, to the different fruit compotes in the homemade pots of yogurt... I was very impressed at all the thoughtful items on offer! + Zur Werkstatt is open for lunch, dinner, and Apero in the lovely bar area. EGGROLL IN A BOWL INGREDIENTS: ●2 TBSP Olive oil divided ●1lb of ground turkey ( if vegetarian leave this part out) ●1/2 cup diced onion ●2 cup finely chopped broccoli ●1 large carrot ribboned ( with potato peeler) ●1 TBSP minced ginger ●3 garlic cloves minced ●1/4 cup of chicken or vegetable broth ●5 cups of shredded cabbage ( I do a mix of purple and white) ● 2 to 3 TBSP of coconut aminos or soy sauce ●2 TBSP apple cider vinegar ●1/2 tsp salt to taste ●1/4 tsp pepper to taste INSTRUCTIONS: 1. In a large saucepan over medium heat cook your turkey until almost done 2. Push Turkey to one side and add 1 TBSP of oil to the other side to saute your onion for 3-4 minutes. Than add your carrots, broccoli, ginger and garlic, stir everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes. 3. Pour in your broth, scrape the bottom to deglaze it. Than I add the cabbage , coconut aminos or soy sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir well and cover with lid. On a medium low heat I let that cook for 10-15 minute till the cabbage is cooked to your desire. Stirring occasionally. 4. I either serve it with cauliflower rice, regular rice or just alone. 5. had myself a little field day in the frozen aisle at @sprouts yesterday and realized that I had the ingredients to make chicken and waffles this morning (‼️) and it did not disappoint. this came together so quickly thanks to @birchbenders freezer paleo waffles and @caulipower spicy cauliflower crusted chicken tenders that I cannot get enough of. when I was at expo i went by their booth almost every hour to get a bite of these and i basically became the laughing stock of the company. gotta get your name out there somehow, right? topped it all off with some maple syrup and green onions and im counting down the days until im hungover next and can cure myself with this beauty happy Wednesday ppl 😏

Немного приболела, в какой-то день температура начала подниматься, но я её прогнала и отстояла свою территорию👊 ⠀ Рассказываю ⠀ Пить как можно чаще тёплой жидкости, потому что она выводит всё плохое из организма. ⠀ -тёплую воду с соком лимона (на 1 стакан - половинка лимона) -травяные чаи -свежевыжатые соки ⠀ Не есть и не пить всякую бяку🍬🍖🥨🍾🍻🍕🌭 ⠀ Я предпочитаю во время болезни есть только фрукты, супы, овощные салаты, если уж дошло до круп, то это бурый рис, гречка, киноа, потому что полезно! ⠀ Список лекарств ещё дополняют: 〰️имбирь, потереть и в воду с лимоном 〰️мёд с тёплым миндальным молоком 〰️чеснок(люблю его есть с супом) 〰️куркума — это измельченный корень одноименного растения семейства Имбирных ⠀ Кстати узнала, про любимчика многих — Терафлю, что в нём такие вещества, которые пагубно влияют на нашу печень и много другое, так вот теперь я с ним не дружу. ⠀ Нашла ему аналог — Линкас от Herbion. Он полностью на травах. Мне хорошо помогает. ⠀ Также отмечу, что важен позитивный настрой и большое желание выздороветь. ⠀ Не думать: «Ой как мне плохо, какой я бедный...Тупая болезнь! Не вовремя! Почему это происходит со мной!? За чтооооо....!!????» ⠀ Думать: «Я здоров и силён! Прекрасно себя чувствую. Я молодец и всё мне не по чём. Я люблю эту жизнь и благодарен за эту возможность отдохнуть от дел!»
😘😘Cheesy Eggplant Roll-Ups 🤤 Full recipe below, send it to a friend who’d love this! . . 📖Ingredients (for 13 servings) 2 eggplants 2 cups ricotta cheese (500 g) 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (100 g) ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese (55 g) ¼ cup fresh basil (10 g), chopped 1 egg salt pepper 1 cup marinara sauce (260 g) . . 👉Preparation Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC). Slice the ends the eggplants and slice them into ¼ -inch (½ cm) slices and lay them out on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper. Season with a pinch of salt on both sides of the eggplant slices and let them sweat for 20 minutes, then dry them with a paper towel. Once dried; add a pinch of pepper. Bake for 20 minutes, or until soft. Meanwhile, in a medium-size bowl, mix ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, basil, and egg. Remove eggplant slices from the oven and turn oven to 400ºF (200ºC). Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto eggplant slice then roll it up, repeating for all slices. In a 11x17-inch (28 x 43cm) baking sheet, pour ½ of the marinara sauce, then add all the roll-ups seam down. Pour remaining ½ of marinara sauce, and top with basil and parmesan.
