WORKOUT WEDNESDAY - Don’t neglect the hamstrings! - So often the quads get pounded in workouts (with good reason. legs need to grow!) However this leads to the hamstrings getting way less attention Both are as important as each other! - So share the workload - A great exercise that is very basic to set up: - Hamstring ball curls - Few points - ▶️Lay flat on back and place hands into floor - ▶️Focus on control and feeling the hamstrings pull the ball in. - ▶️Push those hips up then curl in. - ▶️Keep bum muscles squeezed together and abs tight. - You can make this exercise a little tougher by doing it with single leg - Or - Add more intensity/volume by supersetting it with another hamstring exercise.
