Should we eat breakfast for fat loss or not? ————————————————————
There is such a big fuss made over breakfast eating and the pro’s and cons for fat loss.... when really we should be individually looking at your schedule for the day and asking ourselves do we need those calories to help us perform mentally and physically. ———————————————————-
You can drop body fat by eating breakfast you just need to keep calories in check for the rest of the day and the same applies for skipping it. It just reverses and you have more calories for later!
Do what is best for you and your lifestyle not what others tell you too.
