You will seek me; and as I said to the Jews so now I say to you, ‘Where I am going you cannot come.’ A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; even as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another." • Sometimes we become so familiar with Scripture that we can gloss over it, and the Word fails to penetrate and transform us. What is one word or short phrase that you can mull over today? • The love Jesus displays every moment of His life and especially in His death is meant to be imaged by us. How are you a reflection of the sacrificial love of Christ? • How or with whom do you fail to give generously of your own heart? Throwback to my 1st ultra-distance aquathlon, “113 Aquathlon Melaka” in Jan 2019. Late post 😅 Same venue, but this year i tried ultra-distance i.e. 2.25km swim 🏊🏻♂️ + 21km run 🏃🏻♂️ The swim was horrible, too shallow, can walk throughout some part of the swim course. At times walking through the muddy sea is faster than swimming 😓 The flat course run was ok for me. First 15km, I was able to maintain my usual pace. But the final 6km, almost bonk 😅😅😅 Obviously i love swimming and i neglected run training 😂 Nevertheless, it was a good experience for me, to achieve my dream of doing Ironman one day.
