This is one reason I love obstacle course racing. You have fun, you get a serious workout, and you encourage one another. You push through obstacles side by side. Sometimes it gets muddy, bloody, and gritty, but that’s all part of the process! Surround yourself with people who push you to be better!

What a great day with these 2. Yes there is struggles with being self employed and having your own business but these girls give me the motivation to only succeed failure is no option. Had a meeting at a site in North Vancouver today. Was able to bring these 2 with us. Checked out the job then had lunch went to park royal in north van and made our way back home with a few more stops. What an awesome day can’t ask for much more. A lot of things can change in a year the first clips were over the summer 2018 and the last clip is a couple weeks ago. Tips for staying healthy / regular / feeling good while traveling: ✈️ 🗺 🚘 1. HYDRATE 💦 2. STRETCH 🧘🏼♀️ 3. EAT CLEAN 🍏 4. KEEP MOVING ⭐️ Hydration is huge for me when I’m traveling, especially on planes where the air is super dry. Travel usually throws you off your regular diet as well, so your insides can feel all out of whack! ⭐️ I try to eat as clean as I can / snack frequently / eat small meals, so my system doesn’t get overwhelmed. When you’re crunched for time it can be really easy to reach for that unhealthy packaged snack off-the-shelf 😬 BUT if you plan ahead, you can prep healthier meals & snacks for the road! ((though not all packaged snacks are bad)) ⭐️ Traveling and small, cramped spaces usually go hand-in-hand too, so I try to stand up and move around as often as I can, with light stretching frequently throughout! This helps to avoid muscle soreness & stiffness that can develop after long periods of sitting down. ⭐️💪🏻 Exercise routines may also take a backseat while you’re traveling due to limited options for space / equipment. My advice is to come prepared with space-savers like resistance bands & sliders, and never underestimate a good old-fashioned bodyweight workout. Or if all else fails, take a walk 😁 just move! ❤️ ...
