Currently sitting at the heaviest I've ever been 106-7kg (235lbs)! Holiday was recently just booked so I think that's a call to lean down a little bit! - The aim is not to get 'Shredded' just drop a little bit of body fat!

Fun fact about me. While I don’t yet have any children of my own, I have 18 nieces and nephews. Instead of getting rid of traits we deem as bad, let’s all try and find the positive side to that trait. Stubbornness is only the negative way to look at resilience. Currently weighing in 58kg...keep that weight coming!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ These photos are only 2 weeks apart, left is before and right is after. I can really see my waist getting thicker, my glutes are looking fuller and more perky🍑 More work to be done on the quads and hamstrings & upper body of course but I’m getting there! Can’t wait to see what’s to come over the next few weeks ☺️
I failed 99 times before I achieved my 1st goal of a 100kg benchpress.
Many said the goals I had set were unrealistic. That my training programme made no sense.. then I achieved all my goals and surpassed all of theirs.
Sometimes we have to go against our decisions and sometimes we have to listen. I only get better at understanding when to train with practice..
