No school today so I took the opportunity and went to the ice rink and skated for about an hour and a half ❄️
Realized it's been about a month since I went there last, and this time around honestly kinda felt like a breakthrough 😍
My jumps felt stronger, my spins were better and what you see in the video is a move I've never been able to do on the ice before. Since starting with thaiboxing I've also started stretching properly and a LOT more than I used to, and apparently it's made a difference; because this time around I had no trouble getting my leg to where it needed to be 🙊🙌🏼

4 days per week. You do each day 2x/week. That's it. Make one day a lower rep day, having your working sets between 4-6 reps. Make one day a higher rep day, having your working sets between 8-12 reps. Do each exercise for 5-10 working sets depending on available time and experience.
Doesn't need to be complicated.
You will get stronger and fitter using this barebones program.
The only caveat is that your body's joints NEED to have the prerequisite capacities needed for all those exercises.
Today was a pretty good day. Trained and hit a new PR 💪 Had a "3D 360 Body scan" at my new gym, and it was an eye opener. I learned alot about my body and my current nutrition! Also today was windy af but still beautiful and had the motivation to go outside and get active, which i havnt done in a while. And then ofcourse spending time with my husband and babies 💜 Tomorrow i get to go to the gym again and learn some new stretches needed for back and pelvis. Feeling good today. Also going to make a "practice" dessert for Thanksgiving so we'll see how that goes.
