Just one of the many pairings we incorporate for our push movements. - If you are training for a sport and trying to be more athletic, stronger, faster, and explosive the commercial gym is not for you. - It’s better than nothing, but you need to be in an environment where you can sprint, jump, throw, etc. - You need to be on a program that is specifically geared toward athletic performance.
