Upper Body and Tread!
Currently in denial that I’m not on vacation anymore, so here’s a cardio workout from this week.
Run 1 x3
2 min pushes with 1 min jog as rest between rounds (2% incline min 1 and 4% incline min 2 at about 80-90% effort)
Circuit 1 x3
Push up with pause x8-10
Row w/ rotation for power x8/8
Half kneeling press x8/8
6 min ladder run
Circuit 2 x4-5
DB chest press x8
Lat pull down x8
Run 3 x4
1 min fast run 1 min jog (aim for 9.0 or higher)
Circuit 3 x2-3
Clean to press x8/8
Wood chopper or cable chops x10/10 or 15/15
Lateral raises x15
Have you ever tried battle rope? It provides a full body workout with a focus on increasing muscular endurance and cardiovascular conditioning. Usually used at crossfit trainings and functional trainings. Not a typical preggy exercise but not bad because without using weights you can work your upperbody muscles and engage your core(I mean the two exercises on the vid). 💪🙈🤰
Próbáltatok már a battle rope edzést? ( 'kötélrázásnak' is mondják magyarul, ' ami szerintem elég idétlenül hangzik). Leginkább funkcionális és crossfit edzéseken használják. Ezzel az eszközzel a teljes testet tudjuk edzeni, azonban leginkább az állóképességet és a keringési rendszert fejleszti. Nem egy tipikus kismama torna gyakszi, de erre a célra sem rossz, mert súlyok használata nélkül mozgathatod át a teljes felsőtested, miközben feszítened kell a core izmaidat. (mármint konkrétan a vidikben szereplő gyakorlatok) 💪🙈🤰

Last night at work I had one of my regulars that I haven’t seen in awhile ask me why I’m not growing my hair back out and I responded by saying because I actually really like it short and he said “but why would you do that? It isn’t very feminine.” •
Let’s talk about this for a second, growing up I was never scared to be different and to stand out. I have always voiced my opinions and made sure I was heard. So why would I change now? The definition of the word ‘feminine’ is: “
having qualities traditionally ascribed to women, as sensitivity or gentleness” •
So my response to him is this, I hear your opinion and I now take it as a challenge to stand out and be as different as I can be because the definition of that word just does not describe me AT ALL! •
Ladies, DO NOT allow anyone to make you feel like the way you look is wrong or isn’t traditional enough for society. The world as a whole is changing and growing constantly and so should you!!

Today’s the day I murdered a goal. It’s the day I ran my fastest half marathon, the day I set a 1:41:29 PR at the Richmond Half Marathon. Six years ago, at this same race, I broke two hours for the first time. It was a wild & tumultuous time in my life & training for that race helped me survive. I never thought I’d get much faster than that, never thought I’d be capable of running that fast for that long. I used to fail at running, used to hate it. I’ve never been more proud of impressed by what my body is capable of accomplishing.

I am sharing with you my fitness journey. I used to weigh 119lbs before I started working out 5 years ago. Coming from France, l loved skinny body. I got my first membership in that gym next to my house to do some cardio as always 🤦🏻♀️I started looking around and seeing nice ladies bodies training. I changed my mind and decided to try and do weigh lifting myself. I wanted to look like them, I wanted to be gorgeous and strong, I challenged myself and I did it. Today weigh is 146lb . I am definitely not the same person I was. Every day I am becoming more confident and powerful. It is not always easy to make it to the gym, it is not always easy to push ourselves in every day life.. but guess what?
