Почему после тренировки возникает такая эйфория, как после наркотика Все дело тут в том, что во время очень интенсивной физической нагрузки в организме, а именно в мозге, выделяется некий гормон — эндорфин (гормон гипофиза). И его выброс происходит именно тогда, когда физическая нагрузка очень долгая, высокоинтенсивная и дыхание при ней затрудняется. Затем эти гормоны попадают в кровь, где их концентрация превышает обычную концентрацию раз в 5. Данный гормон в таком количестве вызывает у человека чувство радости, удовлетворенности, кайфа, той самой эйфории. Недаром гормон эндорфина так же очень часто называют просто «гормон счастья». Так же из-за эндорфина подавляется в некоторой степени чувство голода и боль, настроение поднимается на высокий уровень. В процессе коротких и не таких интенсивных упражнений эндорфин выделяется тоже, но не в таких количествах, в гораздо меньших. Такие объемы повлиять на чувство радости не могут, они лишь способствуют подготовке организма к дальнейшим нагрузкам. En god blanding af 1,5 times vægtløftning med lav intensitet og en spinningtime til sidst. 3,5 km gåtur hjem og SÅ kaldte sengen på mig efter et dejligt bad. Week 2 we are taking the 90% from last weeks 3x2 and just adding a rep to each set and changing the rpe from a 8 to a 9. Both of us are already in PR territory so that awesome. In the video they actually look pretty decent but in the moment they felt pretty sluggish. Didn't retest my deadlifts tonight, but I did touch base with 2 attempts. First being my potential opener at 275, and next being 315. Of course there is still plenty of time for that to increase but I'm happy with how fast 275 flew up. 💯

Je ne sais pas expliquer cette addiction à la souffrance, à l’adrénaline, au dépassement de soi... Tout ce que je sais, c’est que le jour ou j’ai franchi le pas d’aller au CrossFit, je ne savais pas que je venais de prendre une des meilleures décisions de ma vie! J’ai mis mon égo de côté et j’ai laissé faire les choses : un nouveau langage à apprendre, de nouvelles techniques à apprendre, une nouvelle méthodologie d’entraînement, une nouvelle philosophie, de nouveaux visages... Cela fait maintenant 6 mois déjà dans cette box... Au fur et à mesure, on lache le pvc pour une barre... puis cette barre devient une barre chargée, puis les poids deviennent de plus en plus légers! Au fur et à mesure, ces inconnus deviennent des personnes avec qui des affinités se créent. On entend souvent cette idée reçue que le CrossFit est une secte... et bien je réponds à ça : ouais t’as raison ! Écoutes encore ces ignorants 😂 Tu n’as absolument aucune idée de ce que tu rates ! Mes coachs et mes partenaires me poussent à devenir meilleure au quotidien alors qu’ils n’ont strictement rien à gagner. Ici la preuve avec ma partenaire Sarah ❤️ qui m’a poussé jusqu’au delà de mes limites aujourd’hui.
